Ilmari — log runes in the order you find them. Click a rune image to identify it.
How the puzzle works
Each War Cache contains a Minotaur Vault — a combination lock with 12 rune buttons, but only 6 are real. The other 6 are decoys. The real ones are shown on wall decorations inside the cache — find and log them here first.
The vault requires a 4-rune sequence entered in the correct order. You have 12 attempts before it jams. A lockpick resets a jammed vault (but randomizes the combo — your 6 valid runes stay the same).
After each guess you get feedback like 1,2 — meaning 1 rune is correct and in the right position, and 2 more are in the answer but in the wrong position.
Find which 4 of your 6 runes are in the code — make paired guesses: AABB, then CCDD, then EEFF. The feedback tells you how many from each pair are real answers.
Narrow down within a pair — if AABB got a hit, try AACC. If the count goes up, A is in the answer; if it drops, B is.
Fix the positions — once you know your 4 runes, use remaining attempts to shift them around. A 1,0 response means exactly one is in the right slot; work from there.
How to use this page
Walk the cache walls and find the 6 rune decorations. For each one, hit + Add Rune, tap the matching image from the picker, and add a note if useful (e.g. which wall, near which room).
The runes are numbered in the order you log them — the numbers are just for your reference, not the vault combination.
Check ✓ on a rune once you've confirmed it's real (not a decoy).
